This immersive 3.5 day training program places you in a four-month dealership simulation, offering a hands-on approach to identifying problems, developing solutions, and uncovering growth opportunities. Gain insights into how all dealership departments interconnect and use real operating reports to analyze dealership needs and market opportunities.
Participants will join teams and collaborate to make over 250 month-by-month decisions across six key departments. At the end of the course, teams will review their decisions and assess how they impacted dealership performance. Simulation software and computers will be provided to all attendees.

About the Instructor: Julie has 20+ years of experience in the auto industry, 10 in educating and training future dealers, Julie brings a unique perspective to training. She brings her passion for learning and real-world experiences to the table each time she delivers and creates content. Julie uses her knowledge of the industry and future trends to make sure that her learners always are looking forward. Julie has spent over 10 years in the Learning & Development department at Ally Financial Inc. She was appointed Director of Dealer Training and Financial Reporting in 2018. Julie has been heavily involved in working with various auto associations.
