The Greater New York Automobile Dealers Association has been developing education and training curriculums that have enhanced the effectiveness of dealership personnel across metro New York for more than 30 years.
As an association, we are dedicated to educating, supporting, and inspiring people to pursue the mosaic of employment opportunities and high earnings potential offered at franchised new car dealerships.
Our programs play a critical role in preparing dealership professionals for the competitive challenges of today’s automotive retail industry. GNYADA’s programs train automotive professionals across all departments to improve operations, become more profitable, and make vital contributions to the success of their dealership.
GNYADA updates and expands its education and training programs every year to reflect the latest advances in the field, providing dealership employees with the specific skills and knowledge required to do business in the current marketplace and data-driven economy.
All seminars are taught by industry leaders who combine their dealership experience with the latest techniques in their field. Classroom instruction combines lectures and demonstrations with comprehensive hands-on exercises including role-playing.

For over 30 years Ken has trained, coached, and developed thousands of dealership personnel throughout the country. Ken conducts training seminars in Sales, Sales Management, F&I and Service. He is a student of the business and has attained AFIP Master- Lifetime Certification.

Rosemary Mascali
Rosemary Mascali is Chair of the Drive Electric Long Island Education & Outreach Committee. Drive Electric Long Island is a coalition of electric vehicle stakeholders led by the Long Island Chapter of the US Green Building Council dedicated to accelerating the adoption of electric vehicles and charging infrastructure on Long Island. Rosemary oversees a brand neutral electric vehicle education and outreach campaign to educate Long Islanders on the basics and benefits of electric vehicles through and virtual and in-person “EV 101” events and Ride and Drives at local libraries, workplaces, and major Long Island public events. Prior to her advocacy work, Rosemary worked for IBM for 17 years in sales and marketing positions, rising to Branch Manager of the Long Island branch office, and later launched Quantum Plus, a database marketing division of Rapp Collins, a leading direct marketing agency.
