Keeping Dealers Informed and Compliant

GNYADA’s Field Services team plays a crucial role in keeping our members well-informed about current and upcoming issues. 

Our Field Reps cover the full breadth of our territories, from Eastern Long Island to Dutchess, Orange, and Putnam counties. They provide daily assistance to local dealers, ensuring they have the necessary insights to effectively manage their operations. This personal contact helps ensure our programs remain relevant to dealers and their employees. Members can expect a GNYADA Field Service Rep to visit their dealership at least twice a year.

During visits, members stock up on mandatory posters, DMV forms, seminar registration resources, and other useful items. Representatives may also complete a walk-through of the dealership, inspecting each area for potential EPA, OSHA, and Privacy Act violations, as well as proper signage.
