One of the most pressing needs in the automotive industry is attracting quality young individuals to seek automotive careers. The Automotive Technology Competitions sponsored by GNYADA have proven excellent opportunities for just that. 

For 30 years, GNYADA has sponsored these hands-on technical competitions to educate the next generation of automotive technicians and accelerate the development and demonstration of technologies of interest to franchised new car dealers and the automotive industry. 

GNYADA uses the competition as a means to challenge schools across the nation to hold the curriculum of automotive education to more rigorous standards, ensuring that students master the skills they need to succeed as lifelong learners, workers, and citizens.
